SHIPMENTS IN ITALY In the presence of the current emergency, we guarantee the shipment of products and apologize for any delays. The order will be processed as soon as possible and within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Deliveries are made through the STEF TRASPOORTII courier, to the address specified by the "Client". INGRIT srl requests a minimum contribution for shipping expenses, borne by the "Client": the cost of shipments is Euro 21.00.
SHIPMENTS IN EUROPEAN AND EXTRA-EUROPEAN TERRITORY
The system used does not allow automatic shipment of goods to European countries (excluding San Marino and Vatican City) and extra-European countries. It is possible to send an order request to the email address info@ingrit.it for a personalized quotation of shipping costs.
For each order placed, the "The company" issues a transport document for the shipped products, which will be printed on paper and attached to the packaging. For invoicing purposes, the information provided by the "Client" at the time of the order will be valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance. The invoice will be sent to the "Client" via email following confirmation of payment.
In the event that the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, the "The company" will inform the "Client" via email, indicating the additional days required for delivery and requesting confirmation, or not, of the order. In case of non-confirmation, the "Seller" will refund any amounts already received as the sale price to the "Client".
The "The company" is not responsible for any delivery errors due to incorrect address provided by the "Client". No liability can be attributed to the "The company" in case of delays or other anomalies in delivery due to causes beyond its control and not attributable to it. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is considered to be at street level. At the time of delivery by the courier, the "Client" is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the courier’s transport document; that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or any missing items, must be immediately contested by placing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document is signed, the "Buyer" cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, according to the procedures provided in this document.
In accordance with Article 63, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, in contracts where the professional is responsible for shipping the goods, the risk of loss or damage to the goods, due to causes not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.
In the event of failure to collect the material present in stock at the courier’s warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the "Client" at the time of the order, the order will be automatically canceled and the "The company" will refund the "Client" the entire amount already paid, within 14 days from the return of the goods, through a procedure communicated by the Buyer, excluding transport and storage costs.
Additional taxes and charges Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
