VEGGE (plant-based egg). Perfect for vegan omelettes and scrambled eggs, as well as for making pasta, baked goods and desserts.

GRATTA FABANO. Plant-based substitute for aged hard cheese, vegan alternative to the traditional Italian cheeses Parmesan and Grana Padano.

GRATTUGIATO. Grated plant-based substitute for hard cheese. It has a rich, slightly salty flavour typical of Italian cheeses.

MASCREAMPONE. Vegetable alternative to the Italian cream cheese mascarpone.

VEGOTTA. Vegetable substitute for ricotta. Goes perfectly with salads, for stuffed pasta or filled pasta.

SAVOY SOUL. Plant-based and gluten-free ladyfingers based on rice flour. They are also one of the main ingredients for making vegan tiramisu, as well as charlotte cakes and other desserts.
