Purchase on the website of products from the alternative food line

The "Client" must register in the PRODUCTS section on the "Website" in order to purchase products. They must fill out the electronic order form in all mandatory sections and send it to the "Client" electronically. By doing so, the "Client" makes a purchase proposal that must be specifically accepted by the "The company" through the sending of a confirmation and acceptance of the order and confirmation of the concluded contract to the indicated email address.

Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, the following will be requested:
To verify the accuracy of the order content (until the form is sent, it can be corrected and/or modified).
To read and accept the General Sales Conditions.
To read and accept the Privacy Policy, print a copy, and keep a copy.
The order form will be stored in the INGRIT database for the necessary period of time to process the order and, in any case, within the terms of the law.

The "Client" can access their order form at any time by consulting the "Account > Orders" section. The "The company" reserves the right not to process the purchase order if, following the checks carried out, the data entered by the "Client" in the appropriate form are incorrect or incomplete.

The "Client" can only purchase products present in the electronic catalog viewable online on the "Website," as described in the respective information sheets, at the time of submitting the order. The contract will be considered concluded when the "Seller" sends the "Client" a confirmation communication containing:

All the information required by Article 51 of the Consumer Code.
Date and time of order execution; order number, to be used in any further communication with the "The company."
All the data entered by the "Client," who undertakes to verify their accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections.
Overall summary, specifying the shipping cost and any additional notes.
Note: There is no minimum amount for purchases made.
In particular:
Incomplete or inaccurate data from the "Client" that could compromise the correct delivery of the products or the proper accounting management of the sale: in this case, the "The company" will contact the "Client" reserving the right not to accept the order.
Failure to receive the order confirmation email by the "Client": the "Client" is invited to contact customer service at info@ingrit.it.
Absolute or temporary impossibility to process the received order in whole or in part: in this case, the "The company" will promptly contact the "Client" to make the necessary arrangements, considering that the "Client" will have the option to request partial or total cancellation of the submitted order and the refund of any amount already paid.

Acceptance of conditions

The contract between the "The Company" and the "Client" is considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by the "Client." This acceptance will be communicated via email to the "Client."

By placing an order using the various provided methods, the "Client" declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the previously transcribed general conditions and payment terms.

Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the "Client" undertakes to print and keep these General Sales Conditions.

Information about the right of withdrawal

The "Client," as a consumer (meaning an individual who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not indicate a VAT number in the order form to the "The company"), has the right to withdraw from the sales contract of the products, as established by Article 52 of the Consumer Code, without having to provide any explanation and without any penalty.

Refund policy

Since this concerns the sale of food products for hygiene and buyer protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
In accordance with art. 59, letters d) and e) of the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 205/06, the right of withdrawal is excluded for food products delivered with a regular expiration date, as the characteristics and qualities of such types of products are subject to alteration, even as a result of improper storage after delivery. These are food items provided in sealed containers that are at risk of deteriorating and expiring. For hygiene reasons related to health, it is therefore not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
