GLUTEN-FREE TYROLEAN STRUDEL

A delicious gluten-free dessert in the style of South Tyrol will be enjoyed by all sweet tooth.
Ingredients

1 brick
cornstarch
30g
rice flour
50g
brown sugar
40g
cinnamon
1 teaspoon
salt
a pinch
baking powder
a pinch
seed oil for frying
fresh strawberries

whipped cream
powdered sugar
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

Pour the mixture into a jug with a spout.

Heat the oil to 170° and pour the mixture in a thin stream with a circular movement.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Serve with a few tufts of cream, strawberries, and powdered sugar.
