VEGAN MUFFINS

Do you like muffins? Then we are happy to share with you a great vegan muffin recipe with plant-based egg Vegge. This dish is perfect for appetizers and breakfast!
Ingredients

140g
vegetable milk
60 ml
flour
1 tbsp. l.
green onions
2 feathers sweet red pepper
1 pc.
large tomato
1 pc.
salt, pepper
to taste
Instructions

Chop the vegetables finely. Pour the vegetables into a deep cup.

Add the vegetable milk and a tablespoon of flour. Beat the mixture well with a whisk.

Add the chopped vegetables to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper the mixture.

Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil and pour in the mixture.

Put the mixture in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the muffins with Gratta Fabano (vegan Parmesan) or ground breadcrumbs before serving.
