VEGAN NUGGETS

Vegan nuggets made with our plant-based egg substitute VEGGE are a great appetizer and snack to enjoy with beer. We are happy to share the recipe with you.
Ingredients
natural seitan
1 package
Vegge
1 package
panko (flake breading typical of Japanese cuisine)
1 bag
soy sauce
as needed
frying oil
Instructions

Cut the seitan into irregular slices and set aside. Take three bowls, pour the soy sauce into one, the panko into another, and the VEGGE into another.

Dip the seitan first in the soy sauce, then in the VEGGE, and finally in the panko, making sure to coat the surface well. Repeat the operation with all the seitan slices.

Heat the frying oil well in a pan with high sides so as to cover the nuggets with the oil and let them brown until they are well golden (about two minutes per side). Serve hot and accompanied by a mayonnaise.
