I Tradizionali "Plant Based" is a line of fresh filled pasta made exclusively with 100% natural ingredients, free of animal derivatives. Thanks to the use of our vegan Vegge® egg as the main ingredient, this stuffed pasta is tasty with a texture that will remind you of homemade egg pasta. In fact, the excellent elasticity and thinness of the dough allow for a perfect seal to hold the vegan filling.
The truffle filling turns out very tasty and gives off delicate truffle notes. Its creaminess comes from the use of Vegotta as an ingredient, our "vegetable ricotta."

In addition, the summer truffle employed is cultivated, so as to ensure the well-being of our animal friends.
