Gratta Fabano differs from other dairy-free cheeses by its low starch content. It is based on coconut and sunflower oil. It is also enriched with vegetable proteins, derived from faba beans and potatoes. Gratta Fabano has no aftertaste of plant proteins, contains no soy, gluten, dairy, wheat and nuts.
