Raviolo Tradizionali "Plant Based" is a line of stuffed pasta made exclusively with 100% ingredients from nature, free of animal derivatives.
Thanks to the use of our Vegge vegan egg as the main ingredient, this stuffed pasta turns out tasty and with a texture that will remind you of homemade egg pasta. In fact, the dough has excellent elasticity that allows a perfect seal to contain the vegan filling.
The classic "ricotta and spinach" filling in vegetable version is super tasty and creamy and was made with the help of two of our cheeses: Vegotta, a vegan cheese that resembles ricotta, and Gratta Fabano, a vegan substitute for hard cheese, in grated version.

Cooking time: 3 minutes.

Shelf life: 60 days. Once opened, must be consumed within 4 days.
