Raviolo Tradizionali "Plant Based" is a line of stuffed pasta made exclusively with 100% ingredients from nature, free of animal derivatives.
Thanks to the use of our Vegge vegan egg as the main ingredient, this stuffed pasta turns out tasty and with a texture that will remind you of homemade egg pasta. In fact, the dough has excellent elasticity that allows a perfect seal to contain the vegan filling.
The classic "ricotta and spinach" filling in vegetable version is super tasty and creamy and was made with the help of two of our cheeses: Vegotta, a vegan cheese that resembles ricotta, and Gratta Fabano, a vegan substitute for hard cheese, in grated version.
Cooking time: 3 minutes.
Packaging: 300 g.
Shelf life: 60 days. Once opened, must be consumed within 4 days.
Storage: 0 °C + 4 °C.

Pasta 50% (soft type "00" WHEAT flour, WHEAT semolina, Vegge® vegetable egg substitute (water, sunflower oil, chickpea flour, natural flavors, vegetable fiber, salt, spices). Stuffing 50% (spinach 43%, Vegotta vegetable preparation 25% (water, vegetable oils (coconut, sunflower), starch, vegetable fiber, natural flavors, gelling agent: sodium alginate), Gratta Fabano vegetable preparation hard cheese substitute (water, starches, vegetable oils (coconut, sunflower), natural flavors, salt, spices), vegetable fiber, potato flake, rice flour, natural flavors, semi-dried tomatoes in oil, spices.
You can season ravioli in simple ways: from Evo oil with vegan grated cheese to basil pesto, or you can create a cream with our vegotta, adding cooking water, walnut granules and lemon zest.
